About Us
We are a small, privately owned business, working with the owners of land and large gardens to substantially increase their asset value. Working with a team of highly experienced planning specialists we apply for planning permission for residential development on a no win no fee basis.
The financial gain of a successful planning application can be large, but we appreciate that the costs, and complex works involved in the planning process, can discourage many people. For this reason, we designed our service - we take on the planning work and financial risk. In return, and only after planning approval has been granted, we take our agreed fee.
Every project is different, we work closely with the land owners to find a win-win solution for everyone. Following comprehensive discussions, all details are agreed in writing prior to the commencement of any works.
